Enhancing Accessibility in Public Administration
How can public administration better serve older citizens and people with disabilities? This crucial question was at the heart of a recent discussion on accessibility in the civil service, organized within the European Public Administration Network (EUPAN). The presentation explored best practices, legal and organizational measures, and key areas of accessibility—ranging from digital services to architectural and communication improvements. Participants reflected on the progress made and the main results achieved, highlighting the need for continuous efforts to build a more inclusive administration.
