FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) on Intranet functionality

1. Can I change my password?
You can not edit your password, but if you need a new one you can go to the 'Password recovery' page, fill in your email address and click Send Password. A new password will be sent to your email account.
2. Can I see the events I participate in?
Yes. Login to the Intranet and visit the 'My Site' category.
Here, you will find the tab 'My Events'. Click the tab and you will find the "Events you are participating in." at the top.
3. How can I add a new document?
Login to the Intranet and visit the "My Site" category from the main menu .
Here you will find the tab "My documents". Click the tab and you will see the link "ADD DOCUMENT" on top.
4. How can I delete my comment?
You can delete your comment from a document if you go to the document's page, find at the bottom your comment and click the delete button
5. How can I register in an event?
You should go to the events's page, where you will find a link "Register Online".
Click the link and you will be transferred to a three steps form.
Fill in the fields appropriately and follow the steps by clicking the 'Next step:name' button until you reach the Receipt.
An email should, also, be sent to your email account with your receipt.
If you can not see the "Register Online" link, then the registration for the event must have closed.
6. How do I change the groups I belong?
You can find this information in your 'edit profile' page.
Login to Intranet and go to 'My Site' category . In the 'Control Panel' tab you will find the Option 'Profile'.
Click the link and you will be transferred to the 'edit profile' page. Here you will find the information related to your groups.
7. How to change my affiliation?
In order to change information related to your affiliation you should edit you profile.
Login to Intranet and go to 'My Site' category . In the 'Control Panel' tab you will find the Option 'Profile'.
Click the link and you will be transferred to the 'edit profile' page. Here you will find all the information related to your account.
8. What if I forgot my password?
If you forget your password, you should go to login page  and click the "Forgot your login information?" link.
You will be transferred to a form where you should fill in your E-mail address.
Once you click "Send Password", a new password will be sent to your email account.
9. Where I can find My Documents?
Login to the Intranet and visit the 'My Site' category . Here you will find the tab "My documents".
10. Why can’t see a specific document?
If the document is uploaded as a private document then you should login in order to see the document.
If you still can not see it, then this document is uploaded only for specific User levels or groups that you are not in.
