The second HRWG – IPSG meeting during Polish Presidency in EUPAN will be held on the 17 – 18th November in the Radisson Blu Hotel in Cracow.
In the 2-day meeting experts on human resources management and specialists in public administration from the EU members, Norway, Switzerland, candidate countries and institutions closely cooperating with EUPAN, e.g.: EIPA and European Commission, will discuss issues focused on three priorities highlighted in the new Medium Term Priorities: public administration in a wake of crises, top executives as enablers of change and governing a performing organization.
Main topics that are to be discussed during the meeting, are as follows: effectiveness of ethics, coordination, cooperation and collaboration at top executives level, future developments of Common Assessment Framework, customer satisfaction management in member countries and building image of public administration.
