The meeting of the Customer Satisfaction Management Learning Team during Polish Presidency in EUPAN was be held on the 13th October 2011 in the Chancellery of the Prime Minister in Warsaw.
The meeting was dedicated to the exchange of expertise in the field of customer relations and efficient management of customer focus in public administration. Due to the expiration of the mandate of the LT at the end of December 2011 part of the meeting was devoted to the evaluation of the results of the LearningTeam’s work.
