3rd European CAF Event: CAF Inspiring Change

After Rome in November 2003 and Luxembourg in June 2005, this third CAF meeting was one of the events of the EUPAN network during the Portuguese Presidency of the Council of the European Union. The event was organized by Portugal with the support of EIPA, with 300 participants from 27 countries, European institutions, EIPA and EFQM.
