CAF works - better service for the citizens by using CAF
This brochure, established under the Austrian Presidency, presents 29 excellent CAF applications from 15 countries where the use of the CAF has led to improved results.
The brochure shall raise awareness of CAF as an instrument for quality management throughout Europe's public administration and will serve as a marketinginstrument to meet the target of having 2000 CAF Users by 2010. It can also be used to search for benchlearning partners: the cases in this brochure can be considered as good practices for the use of CAF and they will be presented as such in the European CAF database at EIPA.
