Overview of citizens charters
Papers on citizen charters, being a follow up of the theme discussion under the Autrian Presidency
On the 25th of April 2005 in Vienna the IPSG (Innovative Public Service Group) discussed the development of citizen charters in the EU. The brochure "citizen charters" describes the goal, structure and tips for implementation of citizen charters. According to the matrix "citizen charters in EU" you may oberserve that they are in use in many EU countries. "Citizen Charters in the EU" finally gives an overview over a discussion that took place on this topic at the meeting of the Innovative Public Services Group in Vienna in April 2006.
